E-mail info@chinguettilabs.com with the app version (Settings → About), your device and iOS version, and what happened. Please do not send recordings or API keys by e-mail. We usually reply within two business days.
2. Getting started
- Try it first: on the last onboarding screen, or in Settings → Try it, choose Explore with a sample meeting. It adds a sample recording with a transcript and a finished recap, and you can generate every document type from it without an AI key.
- Record: tap the microphone in the tab bar. Recording continues in the background. Tap stop, add the client and attendees (optional), and the transcript is prepared on the device.
- Generate: open a recording → Generate Document → pick a type (Recap Email, Project Brief, Action Items, Client Proposal, Status Update) and a tone.
- Export: from the document, export as PDF, Markdown, text or HTML, or send by e-mail.
3. Connecting an AI provider
Generation for your own recordings uses an AI provider with your own API key: Settings → API Configuration. Supported: Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google) and Azure OpenAI. Each row links to the page where you create a key. Keys are stored in the device Keychain. If generation fails with a credit or quota message, add credit with the provider; the app shows the billing link.
4. Transcription
Transcription runs on the device with Apple Speech. For higher accuracy, add an OpenAI key and turn on Whisper in Settings → Preferences → Transcription. If a recording shows “Not Started” or “Failed”, open it and tap Transcribe; make sure Speech Recognition is allowed in iOS Settings → Privacy.
5. Subscription and restore
The free tier includes three recordings per month. ClientFlow Pro removes the limit and unlocks custom templates and watermark-free exports. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings; use Restore on the upgrade screen after reinstalling or changing devices. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Your data
Everything stays on your device unless you export it, back it up to your iCloud Drive, or send it to the AI provider you chose. Delete recordings in Library or Settings → Storage. See the Privacy Policy.
